Please come at out Office and request for the application Forms with your proof of registration once you have applied and you're funded for the Academic Year 2025.

HOW TO SIGN UP & MOVE IN
Fisrt you must register for our res on T-RES website T-Res, -Little Manhattan Students Accommodation
Register & ReserveWe need your details and digits, so come and sign the application form once you are approved and funded for the academic year 2024.
You can also send us your ID and Proof of Registration, Letter of a Bursary / Sponsor if Applicable and we will make a formal application on your behalf, that's if you're unable to make it in our offices due to your distance location, and a room will be reserved for you.
Please provide CLEAR copies of the following, as applicable (skip those documents which are not):
1. For Student who will be residing at the Premises (Applicant)
Identification Document (RSA ID).
- Proof of Academic Registration for the Upcoming Year as a Student. (Should you not have this on hand, please upload your current Proof of Academic Registration or Latest Academic Results on T-Res.).
- Letter of Confirmation of Bursary.
- NSFAS Confirmation Letter or Financial Aid View from your UP Portal showing NSFAS Funding.
2.For Self-Funded Students
- You are Required to make a full payment of a period of 3 months in advance.
- Proof of Payment must be attached along with your Lease.
- The admin will contact you for approval and allocation a Room and set a date to move in.
3.For Parents / Guardians / Sponsor
- Identification Document (RSA).
- Proof of Residence.
